A flower for every feeling.

Every order matters to us. We carefully select and condition each stem, then create every arrangement by hand. Because flowers are perishable and naturally unique, no two designs will be exactly alike—but the selected style, color story, size and value will always guide our work.

Flower varieties, shades or vessels may change with the season and availability. When a substitution is necessary, we will choose flowers or materials of equal or greater value while preserving the design’s overall feeling and palette. If a meaningful change is needed in a design centered on one specific flower, we will contact you whenever possible.

Please provide a complete address and a phone number for the recipient. If no one is available, we may contact the sender or recipient and, only when it is safe, leave the flowers with a concierge, a trusted neighbor or in a sheltered location. We will not leave flowers in direct sun, extreme heat, rain or unsafe conditions. A new delivery fee may apply if another attempt is required.

Before ordering, please confirm that the facility accepts flowers and provide the recipient’s full name, room, department or business details. Facility rules may affect where and when an order can be delivered.

The life of fresh flowers varies by variety, environment and care. Please follow our Flower Care guide. If an arrangement arrives damaged or does not reflect the selected style or value, contact FLOURISH as soon as possible after delivery and include clear photographs so we can review it and find an appropriate solution.

Same-day delivery will depend on flower availability and route capacity. Delivery windows may change during severe weather or unsafe road conditions. Changes or cancellations are subject to availability and must be requested before design work begins; final deadlines and fees will be shown at checkout before launch.
